Scio Demo - Liquidated Damages Pargraph
Liquidated Damages is quite a complex paragraph which appears in many purchasing contracts, defining the Seller's compensation of the Buyer in the case of delay in the delivery of goods.
What follows is a demonstration of the full Scio process in the context of Liquidated Damages.
It includes the analysis of a Liquidated Damages clause taken from real contracts, its conversion into CAF (Contract Analytical Framework) structure representing its meaning, and then, the usage of the CAF for analytics.
First, we show a sample Liquidated Damages clause, and the analytical results of its processing, including various 'what-if' scenarios.
Then, we show some of the internal processes - the creation of the grammatical structures, the semantic structure, including direct manipulation and the analytical effect.
